The 1993 version of the disc is actually very good and there in lies the problem, there wasn't much they could do with this version to improve, both versions are excellent. The extra cd has some good "live" studio versions of the songs including a brilliant version of 1985, some sublime piano work by McCartney. The DVD is ok but you'll probably only watch it once or twice. So if you never had the album on CD and are thinking of getting it, this is quite reasonably priced for what you get, nicely packaged etc in the now standard gatefold versions of the cases. If you have it already on CD, the 1993 version or the 2003 remaster and are looking to upgrade , I wouldnt bother, they will suffice

© 2004 Passover The Black Angels Young Men Dead The First Vietnam War Sniper at the Gates of Heaven Prodigal Son Black Grease Manipulation Empire Better off Alone Bloodhounds on My Trail Call To Arms PASSOVER ON THIS AND YOU'LL MISS OUT I bought this totally without knowledge of the band or even having heard them. Purely on the strength of a few reviews i found around the internet, all of them praising the recording to a very high level. Well those reviews were not wrong by any means. From the opening track right up to the hidden track i was captivated. The recording is of great quality and just yells at you. The songs are driven by repetition and thundering rhythm with the singers voice very reminiscent of Nico and the overall psychedelic west coast 60's. If you can find a place to listen to excerpts of this CD then i urge you to do so. I am sure you will click that purchase button not long afterwards. I hope other music lovers get to read this review and get the album. Enjoy!

Come Around Sundown Kings Of Leon 1van10 M44 dit zijn de reacties at play dot com This album grabbed me at first listen, Pyro, Back Down South, Radioactive and The End are stand out tracks for me. For those who hoped to hear anthems in the mould of 'Sex on Fire' and 'Fans' from previous albums don't get that but what you do get is a much more diverse and mature album which delivers with every song. Crack open the JD, turn the dial up and lose yourself in a piece of musical genius. Roll on December 19th when I'll see them in Sheffield. Sheer brilliance!!! I was really worried about this album due to previous reviews I had heard, however when I listened to this album I was hooked! If you are a true kings of leon fan and don't just like them because of sex on fire then this album is for you! This album is a little but more chilled than previous ones but it's still great! The opening song is a great opener and the rest of the tracks just flow from there! If you liked their last album then you should buy this one! As many fans, I prefer the older kings of leon material opposed to Only by the night. At first I was unsure but after listening to this album a few times I fnd myself singing along to all the songs already !! Can not wait to see them in December !! En voor mij geld een héé®lijk vervolg album ................... van the kings of leon.......... maar "Aha Shake Heartbreak" hun tweede is voor mij toch nummer één

Ook maar weer een nieuwe klassieker ( de zanger ) opgezet Eric Clapton CLAPTON © 2010 Travelin' Alone Rocking Chair River Runs Deep Judgment Day How Deep Is The Ocean My Very Good Friend The Milkman Can't Hold Out Much Longer That's No Way To Get Along Everything Will Be Alright Diamonds Made From Rain When Somebody Thinks You're Wonderful Hard Times Blues Run Back To Your Side Autumn Leaves This is Clapton's very latest album and I have to say its brilliant. The songs are pretty much what you would expect from Clapton. I found most of the tracks jazzy, bluesy and relaxing, the sort of music you would put on when cruising casually down the road in your car, looking cool. "Judgement Day" sounds like the sort of song you would hear on the Blue Brothers. Good old fashioned blues. What we need more of today. Who says now creativity fades away when you get older. "This album wasn't what it was intended to be at all," zegt Eric Clapton. "It's actually better than it was meant to be because, in a way, I just let it happen. It's an eclectic collection of songs that weren't really on the map—and I like it so much because if it's a surprise to the fans, that's only because it's a surprise to me, as well."

The Band: Eric Clapton guitar, vocals Albert Lee guitar, vocals Chris Stainton keyboards Gary Brooker keyboards, vocals Henry Spinetti drums Dave Markee bass ©1980 Turn Up Down (EC is Here - DJ Copy / SB6) • This is the first of two collections of studio outtakes to make it to the essentials list. These tracks were recorded in March / April 1980 at Surrey Sound Studios. Turn Up Down is a copy of the album that Clapton submitted to his record company. They rejected it and he was forced back into the studio to record Another Ticket. It is interesting to hear how tracks like "Rita Mae", "Catch Me If You Can", and others evolved. héé®lijk deze clapton
